Something broken, something confusing, or something Odometer should do and doesn't? Send it here — a human reads every message, and we reply to the address you give us.
Odometer has no accounts and no server, so there is nothing for us to look up on our side. The more you can tell us about what you tapped and what happened, the faster this goes.
Prefer plain email? Write to hello@neuera.app. We aim to reply within two business days.
Answers before you write
The four things support gets asked most.
I lost my data / changed phone. Can you restore it?
We can't, and we want to be straight about why: Odometer stores everything in a database on your phone and has no server, so there is no copy of your trips anywhere except the device. That is the same property that means we never see your data — it cuts both ways.
Export a CSV before you switch phones, and import it when you add the vehicle on the new one. Uninstalling the app deletes the database.
My CSV import put the dates in the wrong order.
The import step has a date-format override for MM/DD versus DD/MM — set it before confirming and the preview will show the corrected dates. If the preview still looks wrong, send us the first few lines of the file and we'll tell you what it's tripping on.
Odometer rejected my odometer reading.
That's the backdating guard: an entry that would make the vehicle's mileage run backwards in time is refused, because a log that does that is worse than no log if anyone ever reviews it. Check the date on the entry and the reading against the trips either side of it.
How do I request deletion of my personal data?
Uninstalling Odometer deletes it — there is nothing held on our side to delete. If you've ever given us your email — through this form or otherwise — write to us using the Privacy category above and we'll remove it. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
